You may already have the right T-shirts, vests or hoodies for your group. Ask about our printing-only service for compatible customer-supplied clothing. Our team checks the garment and proposed design before arranging acceptance of the job.
Drop-off and collection are at Sandycroft, Flintshire, by arrangement. If you are elsewhere in North Wales, contact us first to discuss how the garments could reach us and how the finished order would be returned.
A fabric check comes first
Send a clear photograph of the top and its fabric or care label. Fibre content, coatings, colour, stretch, seams and existing decoration can influence the printing process. A method suitable for one garment may not be suitable for another.
- The brand or product code, if available.
- Fabric composition and garment colour.
- Quantity, sizes and any garment variations.
- Your design file and intended print size.
- The positions you want decorated.
- Your required date and collection or delivery plans.
Artwork and print options
We assess whether DTF, vinyl or another appropriate method could work with your clothing and artwork. Sublimation requires compatible light polyester, while lettering and full-colour graphics have their own requirements.
Provide the final names and wording exactly as required, including Welsh accents where applicable. Send an original, high-quality file wherever possible so the design can be assessed at the intended print size.
Agree the job before sending anything
Printing-only jobs have their own quotation and conditions. We discuss suitability, charges, artwork requirements and timing before accepting the clothing for production. Tell us about any unusual, valuable or irreplaceable item before it is supplied.
