Give the whole group a shared look

A printed T-shirt can identify an event team, bring a club together or carry the memory of a group trip. We welcome enquiries from community groups, fundraising teams, societies and organisers across North Wales.

Bring us your event artwork or a clear description of what you want printed. You can combine a shared logo with individual names or different roles, subject to the garment and artwork checks for the job.

Clothing for your particular occasion

  • Fundraisers: a cause, team name and event date.
  • Community events: clothing for organisers and volunteers.
  • Clubs and societies: coordinated branding and member names.
  • Visitor and activity groups: suitable garments with your own group design.
  • Team weekends: personalised tops for a shared occasion.

Where designs include a charity, sponsor or third-party logo, provide files you have permission to use. Give us the final wording in English or Welsh, including any accents and punctuation.

Preparing Welsh and English artwork

Supply the final wording you want printed in each language, including the spelling, accents and punctuation. A clear brief helps us keep each version with the right garment:

  • Send the text separately: include copyable Welsh and English wording alongside your artwork. Send the original logo file where a logo is part of the design.
  • Identify each version: say whether both languages appear together or on separate garments, and specify the front, back or other proposed position for each design.
  • Match names to garments: pair every exact name spelling with its garment style, size and colour. Mark any differences between the language versions.
  • Check the final layout: review the language order, line breaks, accents, punctuation and personalised names against your supplied wording before agreeing production.

Send these details with your printing enquiry so we can assess the artwork and quote for the versions and print positions required.

Plan the quantities and fit

Collect a size breakdown and tell us whether you need adult or children's garments. We can assess mixed sizes and colours from the selected clothing range. Smaller garments may require an adjusted print area, which should be agreed before production.

If participants need different names or numbers, send a complete list. Changes to artwork and multiple designs affect the work involved, so include those variations at the quotation stage.

Work backwards from your event date

Tell us your actual event date, where the clothing needs to arrive and whether you will collect. We confirm an achievable schedule after checking clothing stock, artwork and production capacity. We do not promise an unconfirmed express turnaround.

Arrange the next step

Local collection is from Sandycroft, Flintshire. For groups in Wrexham, Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd or Anglesey, ask for delivery with the quote and include your postcode.

For bridal groups see hen party tops and bags. For club layers and school memories, explore printed hoodies.

Before you order

Can one group order include Welsh and English designs?

Tell us which language version belongs on each garment and whether you want both languages in one layout. Supply your final wording, with spelling and accents exactly as required. We check the proposed print area and quote for the different designs and positions.

How do I organise personalised names and mixed sizes?

Use one clear list pairing each exact name with the garment style, size, colour and artwork version. Separate adult and children’s garments and total the quantities. Smaller garments may need a different print area, which we agree before production.

What date and collection details should I send?

Include the event date and the earlier date you need the finished clothing. Collection is from our Sandycroft premises by arrangement. For delivery, provide the full postcode; we confirm availability, production timing and delivery costs with your quote.
